i eat really delicous healthy food which i never buyed in a supermarket because its to expensiv or i dont never know that Kind of food. 

I safed really a Lot of money you cant imagine! with this money Put at side i am on holiday, donate for poor people / economic project and also to spend this sometimes also for really good expensiv food when I wish from a market.

Alex und ich lernten uns bei Yoga Vidya Bad Meinberg kennen. Er kam gerade aus Thailand wo er über mehrere Jahre als Mönch in einem Kloster lebte. Er konnte in seinen Meditationen nicht mehr so tief gehen, ihm fehlte etwas. Er fand sich wieder in dem körper orientierten Hathayoga. Alex begann einen Youtube Kanal aufzubauen. Er lebte als Karmayogi für mehrere Monate in der Nähe des Ashrams im Wald. Seinen Weg, seine Erfahrungen teilt er auf seinem Kanal mit. Derzeit Reist er durch Asien um seinen spirituellen Weg weiter zu gehen und zu teilen. Unbedingt reinschauen. Mich hat Alex Menschlich und mit seiner Geschichte sehr fasziniert.
